WAIVER: In consideration of my acceptance of this
entry I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself,
my heirs, executors and
administrators waive and release any and all claims for personal damage I may have
against
the City of Worcester, MA that the event is being held in, organizers, B.A. Event Promotions,
Paul Collyer, Somerville Striders A.C., all
sponsors of the race,
and I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently
trained for this event on July 11, 2009 and that I am well aware of the nature of BMR
XIV
and I understand that during any time of the event that I can drop out due to an
inability to complete.
I also
understand that there are no refunds regardless
of the circumstances and that I must be present to receive any merchandise I may
order.
Me and my family are well aware of the nature of this race that I have
registered for and we take full responsibility for my entry.
